Accuro has seen some great organic growth over the last few years and has now decided to increase the rate of expansion by fulfilling an acquisition strategy.
Following discussions with Windermere’s owner, May Sinclair, Accuro decided that, although small, Windermere offered a great opportunity that was relatively simple to execute.
Gordon Healiss, Director at Accuro, comments, “Windermere has a strong customer base and offers specialist medical transcription so it replicates what Accuro is all about. The opportunity for us to migrate and grow that base, especially in the private hospital sector, is the primary reason for the acquisition”.
May Sinclair adds, “Accuro’s advanced system, experience in the medical market and personal service means I have confidence that customers I care about can transition easily and, moving forward, receive a first-rate service. Due to Accuro’s size, they can pick up on growth opportunities where I was restricted due to Windermere’s size”.
Accuro has been migrating customers during June which is expected to be completed by July.
