Accuro Online

Accuro is always looking to improve the service we offer our customers and we believe that a key requirement is the ease and security of the process we use to transfer digital dictations and completed transcriptions.

As a market leader we have many years' experience of finding the right outsourcing solution for organisations of all sizes, and understand that a one size fits all approach does not work when it comes to outsourcing of digital dictation.

Whether you are a multi-site law firm, an NHS Trust or a smaller high street firm of solicitors, we will work with you to find the best and most secure way of handling your outsourced dictation.

As a given, we offer all customer free access to our own web based transcription software, Accuro-Online. Dictations can be uploaded directly to our team via a secure HTTPS connection and are immediately encrypted so you can be assured that data will remain secure. Once completed transcriptions will be made available for you to download via Accuro Online, with an archive of old files for your convenience.

For customers who find they need to dictate while away from their normal place of work, we provide a free phone dictation service, which can be accessed simply by calling our dedicated dictation line and dictating directly down the phone.

For larger organisations that have deployed digital dictation workflow software, recordings can be transferred directly to Accuro-Online through your software, as if Accuro were an extension to your existing secretarial resource. As we have already integrated with the leading providers of such software, there is likely to be minimal or no cost involved in 'bolting' Accuro on to your own secretarial team.

One question we are asked on a regular basis is how best to manage the document return process. Some customers prefer to download documents directly from Accuro-Online and file them on their network themselves. Other users, who may be looking to use Accuro as a strategic partner, have looked to streamline the process even further by requesting that Accuro return documents directly onto their network. Accuro are always happy to discuss the options available for direct document return into a particular case management system or patient administration system.
