We took the decision to start digitally recording all our HR meetings about a year ago as we just got too busy to have a note taker in every meeting. We tried typing the notes from the audio files ourselves but without being trained audio typists, it took far too much time. We then took the decision to employ a part time audio typist. Twelve months, two audio typists and two recruitment agency fees later we decided to explore the option of outsourcing. We contacted Accuro and decided to trial the system for a few weeks. The team were great at getting us all set up, the software is very user friendly and it was just a case of setting up a few templates and we were ready to go. We are now very satisfied with the quality of the transcripts, the service provided by Accuro and the turnaround time.
