Accuro’s industry leading web based software allows authors to upload voice data directly to Accuro from any PC with a broadband internet connection. The software is completely free to use, all you will need is a secure login and password to access the website. Accuro also provides clients with a telephone based dictation service. Clients have the option to call a free phone telephone number and dictate directly down the phone.
The Accuro solution does not require the purchase of additional servers or software licences. The service is available for uploading and downloading files at any time of day or night.
To ensure the highest levels of security and business continuity, the Premex Group use a managed IT service provider who are amongst the largest and longest established in the UK. The hosting facility is based in a data centre located in an old bank building originally built to provide bank vault storage. The inherent physical security of the building is complemented by operational and electronic security for 24*7*365 operation. We use 128bit encryption on all transactions. All user passwords are stored in encrypted format. Accuro administrators have the ability to reset but not retrieve user passwords.
