How Does It Work

The process begins with the digital dictation. Whether you use a standalone, handheld recorder or have a digital dictation system such as BigHand or WinScribe, you simply dictate as you always have done.

The recordings are then transferred to Accuro either through a secure link between our server and your BigHand/WinScribe server, or can be uploaded directly onto our own web based software, Accuro Online, which we provide free of charge. Whichever method you chose, the dictations are encrypted through the transcription process, giving you peace of mind that your data will be secure.

Dictations are allocated to your own team of transcribers using Accuro Online, eliminating the use of unsecure email at any stage in the process.

Completed documents can be returned in various ways depending on your preference. Some customers prefer documents to be returned directly into a directory on their BigHand or WinScribe server, while others prefer to have access to our archive system and download them from the Accuro website. For customers who are considering working with Accuro as a long term strategic partner, we are happy to discuss integration with your PAS or case management system.
