Accuro only uses UK based medical secretaries with experience in the NHS to transcribe your correspondence. Accuro’s medical secretaries have to go through a screening process before joining the Accuro team and will have to have many years’ experience/qualifications in medical terminology.
Secretaries have access to online medical dictionaries and the latest editions of drug reference guides to ensure spellings are accurate. Accuro will assign a dedicated panel of secretaries to each doctor to ensure familiarity with dictation styles and templates.
A letter transcribed oversees or by a computer program may contain patently absurd phrases. UK based transcribers with experience of medical transcription will understand the context of the dictation, improving accuracy.
